Residential Sanding

Residential Sanding Project is a comprehensive flooring restoration completed in Hackney, focused on reviving worn timber surfaces while retaining their natural character. The floor was carefully assessed, repaired, and progressively sanded to remove old coatings, scratches, and uneven areas. A durable protective finish was then applied to enrich the grain, improve resistance to everyday wear, and create a cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming interior that will remain easy to maintain over time.
